1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Norman Private Capital website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Norman Private Capital is operated by Norman Private Capital Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Norman Private Capital provides educational financial research, including analyst-built investment portfolio models, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, comparable company analyses, and related educational content (“Content”). The Service is intended for educational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to premium Content requires a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@normanprivatecapital.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, including financial models, research reports, portfolio analyses, and educational videos, is the exclusive property of Norman Private Capital Inc. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use for educational purposes is permitted.

6. Not Financial Advice

All Content provided by Norman Private Capital is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. We are not registered investment advisors. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any modeled portfolio or pick does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norman Private Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or the Content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
